Kalungi is currently a member of the Richmond Kickers and the Uganda Na-
tional Team. He has helped anchor a Richmond back line that has ranked as
one of the best teams in the USL defensively since his arrival in 2009. In the
spring of 2013 he spent the entire MLS preseason with D.C. United. He then
rejoined D.C. United in November for its Indonesian Tour.
